Our experience in this regard has consisted of affordable housing complexes through to high-end boutique apartment complexes, and we take pride in providing superior buildings with a high level of detailing.

In order to realise the potential of any retail locale, it is essential to provide an efficient and quality space which is inviting to consumers. Having completed large scale construction developments within some of Australia’s most prominent shopping centres, most notably Emporium Melbourne and Chadstone Shopping Centre, we relish the opportunity to provide high quality retail destinations that make money for stakeholders and retailers.
In delivering retail facilities it is necessary to provide high level coordination between multiple parties, including not only construction subcontractors, but tenancy fitout contractors, centre managers, authorities and government bodies, retailer end-users and retailer fund/project/asset managers and the general public. Through our projects completed within some of the busiest shopping centres in the country we have obtained the necessary proficiencies to ensure smooth and effective running of these projects.
We identify the tight and highly accelerated timeframes often required for retail construction projects, and the imperative to minimise interruptions to trade. We are well versed in delivering complex projects which include new base builds, category 1 works, reconfigurations, tenancy backfills, fitouts, refurbishments and stagedhandovers.

Our team has extensive experience across a broad range of health care projects, including community medical and dental centres, research laboratories, assisted living villages, and multi-million dollar aged care and hospital developments, constructed in metropolitan Melbourne as well as remote regional communities. We have been involved in numerous construction projects completed within live hospital environments and are acutely aware of the highly sensitive nature of these sites and the need for stringent site management including infection control procedures and complex staging.

Having completed a substantial number of projects in the education sector [primary, secondary and tertiary], for both public and private clients, we have developed an expertise for working with education providers to deliver functional and efficient spaces within schools across Victoria.
